Dietes grandiflora

Elegant white blooms with soft yellow and violet markings rise above upright, evergreen, grass-like foliage. Native to South Africa but widely naturalized in Southern California, this hardy perennial is a familiar presence in Los Angeles landscapes. Drought tolerant once established. Sow in spring or fall; germination may be slow, have patience! Packet (100 seeds).
